How to Order:

I now use a secure form processing service for obtaining credit card information. The form will show an amount of $0.00, but I will determine the amount once we have finalized your order via email or phone. To send me your credit card information using this system please CLICK HERE.

For Anterri (Cassock) or Exorasson:

1.  Choose the fabric (poly-cotton, performance fabric, poly-wool, tropical- weight wool, or true silk crepe) and the color (colors vary depending on the fabric type).  Exorassa are always black.  If you are not sure which fabric best suits your needs, please contact me at krista@kwvestments.com.

2.  Download the measurement form and have someone measure you following the diagrams. Please be accurate, but do not worry too much—there are double-checks on the measurement form and if anything looks unusual, I will contact you.  You can email or fax this to me (fax 504-285-2760).

3.  Make payment by either mailing a check for 50% of the total garment price or submitting credit card info via the secure form (shipping and handling is added to the final balance).  Please email me for my mailing address—I do not put it on the website for security reasons.

4.  A note regarding deadlines:  due to the great fluctuation in the textile market these days, I no longer accept deadlines of any kind because supply delays are completely out of my control. Most orders take 8-12 weeks, so if you need a garment for a special event, please order well in advance.  If you need a garment sooner, I can sometimes fit an order in if you are willing to take "tailor's choice" of fabric.

5.  Once your order is cut, you will receive a status email with an approximate shipping date.

For kontorasson (Clerical vest):

1.  Choose the fabric (poly-cotton, unlined or tropical-weight wool, lined).  If you are not sure which fabric best suits your needs, please contact me at krista@kwvestments.com.

2.  Please provide your chest and waist measurement.

3.  Make payment by the secure online credit card form.

4.  Most kontorassa are in stock and will be shipped within 2 weeks of the date you place your order.

For Vestments:

1.  Please send me an email requesting swatches of your desired color and/or fabric choice (i.e. Gold, red, Athonite, lightweight-embroidered, etc.).  Since I hand-select each packet of swatches depending on your needs and/or budget, I ask that you limit your request to a single color unless you are ordering two sets of vestments at once.  This is a good time to let me know of any budget or comfort constraints (e.g. You have a specific dollar amount in mind or you only want lightweight fabrics).

2.  Look over the swatch packet and decide which fabric best suits your needs.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me during this process—I am happy to advice regarding color, weight of fabric, etc.

1.  Please choose a fabric (New Gregory or Vincent) and a color from the photos shown on the website.  If you need a swatch packet, please request via email.

2.  Decide how many robes you need and if you need custom sizes or "off- the-rack" sizes (i.e. Boy's size 8, Boy's size 16).  If you need custom sizes, please provide chest, waist and Center Back Length for each robe to be made.  If you need assistance putting together a collection of sizes, please do not hesitate to contact me.
